Thank you for shopping with Baglana.
We take great care in crafting each product using natural, eco-friendly materials. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping.

However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

1. Replacement & Exchange Policy

• We currently offer replacements or exchanges only for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at care@baglana.com.
• Please include your order number, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue in your email.

2. Conditions for Replacement

To be eligible for a replacement:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
• Once the product is inspected and approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are handcrafted and made in limited batches, we do not accept returns for change of mind, size, or preference.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on arrival.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

In very rare cases, if a replacement is not possible due to unavailability, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

5. Shipping for Returns

If a replacement is approved, we will share the return shipping instructions by email.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit.
